I purchased some tail lights from this company February 2012. The tail lights were defective and had to be returned a week later.

When I went to ship the tail lights back I was informed by UPS that I would have to pay to have the tail lights sent back. The process has been horrible with this company, I had to call on numerous occassions to get updates on my exchange. The customer service reps lied about emailing me information, and I had to call back continually. When I finally recieved the tail lights a month later, they sent me the wrong thing.

I will never do business with this company again. The customer service reps are very nonchalant, and could care less about customer issues.

These people are the worst! I have threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau on these jerks.
